Finance Analyst - Plant Operations

About the role

Join TE Connectivity as a Finance Analyst supporting plant operations. You will work closely with manufacturing teams to manage accounting functions, forecast financial data, and develop financial plans, reports and policies for a global industrial technology leader.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain master data (material masters, routings, standard costs) in SAP, ensuring data integrity and accurate cost roll‑outs.
• Analyse material usage variances and purchase price variance, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions with operations.
• Assist in annual budget preparation, lead monthly forecast cycles, track variances and provide commentary.
• Ensure compliance with capital assets policy, prepare fixed‑asset reports, manage intercompany asset transfers and lead physical counts.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Control, Industrial Engineering or a related quantitative field.
• 3‑4 years of finance or controlling experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial plant environment.
• Experience with costing, variance analysis or fixed‑asset accounting in a production setting.
• Exposure to international or multi‑site operations (automotive, electronics, aerospace) is a plus.

Required skills

• SAP FI/CO (mandatory) and SAP master data management.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Power BI, VBA/macro development or other BI reporting tools.
