Finance Controlling Manager – Casablanca

About the role

Alstom is seeking a Finance Controlling Manager to join its Morocco team in Casablanca. The role will support the Country Finance Organization with financial planning, analysis, and controlling, while leading the local accounting function.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor and analyse global financial performance, ensuring accuracy and adherence to KPIs.
• Supervise monthly financial reporting, accounting processes and yearly tax declarations.
• Drive the country’s forecast and budget processes.
• Prepare financial presentations, reports and analyses for local and regional management.
• Support the Country Finance Director in business controlling, compliance and project controlling activities.
• Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis and support tender activities as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance.
• More than 10 years of experience in finance, including controlling, reporting, accounting and FP&A.
• Experience in the transportation or construction sector is a plus.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to work in a multinational environment and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, local statutory standards and tax legislation.
• Experience leading teams and presenting to senior management.
