Finance Manager - Automotive Industry

About the role

A recruitment agency is hiring, on behalf of an automotive company, a Finance Manager based in Kenitra. The role oversees financial activities and ensures the accuracy and reliability of accounting and financial information.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all financial, accounting and tax activities
• Manage and analyse monthly and annual financial closing
• Prepare budgets, financial forecasts and cash flow plans
• Analyse financial results, budget variances and KPIs, and monitor costs, profitability and the financial performance of the industrial site
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Oversee treasury operations and optimise cash flow
• Ensure compliance with tax and legal requirements and internal procedures
• Coordinate relationships with external auditors, banks and authorities
• Support management decisions with financial analysis and lead, supervise and develop the finance and accounting team

Required profile

• Masters' degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience in a similar position, preferably in the automotive or industrial sector
• Team management experience
• Fluency in English is mandatory
