Flying Global Technical Referent – Casablanca

About the role

We are looking for a Flying Global Technical Referent based in Casablanca to provide expert technical support for automotive ECU technologies. You will act as the local reference point, collaborating with global teams to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of embedded systems.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support and resolve complex incidents for assigned technologies.
• Prepare, deploy, and update new technologies in coordination with the L1.2 Support team.
• Manage incident handling, configuration management, and weekly tag summaries.
• Write and maintain ReadMe documents, procedures, and user guides.
• Lead preparation review meetings and validate CTR promotions with project teams.
• Maintain effective communication with global counterparts and act as the local technical reference.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or Embedded Systems Engineering.
• At least one year of experience in a similar technical support role.
• Willingness to travel frequently between multiple sites.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of automotive ECU architectures.
• Proficiency with CANoe, CANalyzer, and INCA tools.
