About the role
The Food & Beverage Manager will lead all culinary, restaurant, beverage and room‑service operations at the Rabat Marriott Hotel. This senior position is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while meeting financial targets and maintaining compliance with food‑service regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, monitor and control budgets for all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and profitability.
- Oversee daily operations of kitchens, restaurants, bars and in‑room dining, maintaining high standards of quality and service.
- Lead, coach and schedule the Food & Beverage team, stepping in to perform duties when needed.
- Drive guest satisfaction by responding promptly to feedback and ensuring consistent brand service culture.
- Implement and enforce all applicable food and beverage laws, health, safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to align F&B initiatives with overall property goals.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED with at least four years of relevant experience, OR a two‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field with at least two years of experience.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs and achieve financial objectives.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on employee engagement and development.
Required skills
- In‑depth knowledge of food and beverage regulations and industry best practices.
