Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

Lead the commercial and product strategy for Food & Beverage across Aspire Executive Lounges, overseeing product lifecycle, supplier relationships and guest experience to support global expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own beverage and commercially sourced food product strategy, designing menus that reflect brand identity.
• Manage supplier negotiations, contracts and portfolio to achieve quality, cost and innovation targets.
• Oversee ordering, delivery schedules and inventory control for non‑culinary items, ensuring waste minimisation.
• Hold full accountability for F&B budgets, monitor performance, and drive revenue‑enhancing promotions.
• Ensure compliance with licensing laws, brand standards and SOPs, and audit lounge operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years in senior F&B management or product development, with multi‑site experience.
• Strong commercial expertise across the full F&B spectrum, especially beverages.
• Proven leadership, supplier management and financial acumen.
