About the role
CXG is a global customer experience agency that works with premium and luxury brands. The company helps brands turn transactional moments into lasting relationships and emotional experiences. As a Freelance Luxury Brand Evaluator you will assess the in‑store experience of luxury brands and share your feedback.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct discreet evaluations of assigned luxury stores across categories such as cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches and cars.
- Provide detailed feedback on the customer experience to help brands improve their service.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail.
- Passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
- Punctual and well‑organized.
