General Ledger Accountant – Reporting Team

About the role

Arrow is seeking a General Ledger Accountant to join its Reporting team in Casablanca. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the general ledger, supporting month‑end close, and delivering statutory and internal reports across Europe and to the US head office.

Key responsibilities

• Control and maintain the General Ledger for assigned Arrow entities.
• Execute month‑end close procedures and statutory reporting for Arrow EMEA companies.
• Prepare corporate income tax calculations and related filings.
• Produce internal financial reports for European operations and the US headquarters.
• Manage VAT, Intrastat, and sales‑list reporting, including VAT return submissions.
• Support audit activities and ensure compliance with Sarbanes‑Oxley controls.
• Assist with facilities, restructuring accounting, and hedging/revaluation tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and support ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Formal education in accounting or finance.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, statutory reporting, and tax compliance.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time‑management abilities.
• Fluent English and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Adaptable mindset with a focus on efficiency and results.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferred).
