About the role

The Office of Professional Training and Employment Promotion is seeking a Store Manager to oversee inventory and material flow at its Ben Ahmed location. The role ensures accurate stock records, timely procurement, and efficient distribution to internal users.

Key responsibilities

• Record and manage stock movements using an Integrated ERP system.
• Conduct regular inventories of raw materials and equipment.
• Determine material requirements and coordinate procurement with relevant departments.
• Receive, unpack, inspect, register, and store supplier deliveries.
• Distribute materials to staff and monitor delivery processes.
• Update stock operation entries in management software.
• Track receipt and handling of equipment.

Required profile

• Specialized Technician diploma or equivalent granting access to public service grade 9.
• Minimum four years of experience in procurement, stock management, or a related field.
• Proficiency with ERP applications in a corporate or public setting is an advantage.
• Age under 40 at the start date.
• Moroccan nationality.
