Google Ads Expert / PPC Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and results‑driven Google Ads Expert / PPC Manager to join our fast‑growing remote team. In this independent contractor role you will own the paid‑search strategy, building, scaling and optimizing campaigns that generate qualified leads and maximise return on ad spend.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and execute full‑funnel Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube and Performance Max.
• Conduct deep keyword research, write compelling ad copy and manage bidding strategies.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and ensure data flows into Google Analytics 4.
• Perform A/B testing and continuous optimisation to improve conversion rates and lower CPA.
• Allocate and monitor advertising budgets to achieve maximum ROI across multiple accounts.
• Produce clear, data‑backed performance reports on KPIs, traffic and revenue for the wider team.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience managing and scaling successful Google Ads campaigns.
• Active Google Ads Certification (highly preferred).
• Excellent written and spoken English and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
