Graduate Development Program – Middle East & Africa

About the role

Stellantis is launching a two‑year Graduate Development Program (GDP) for high‑potential talent in the Middle East & Africa region. Participants will rotate through key business functions, receive dedicated training, and work on projects that have real impact on the company's automotive and mobility operations.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in rotational assignments across Purchasing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, ICT & AI, or Finance.
• Support strategic initiatives that improve efficiency, innovation, and competitiveness.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to deliver business results.
• Contribute to digital transformation projects, including data‑driven and AI‑enabled solutions.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) with strong academic performance.
• Demonstrated interest in automotive, technology, or finance sectors.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in a multicultural, fast‑changing environment.
