Group Consolidation & Accounting Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Consolidation and Accounting Manager to lead the financial consolidation process for our group of companies. The role ensures accurate, compliant, and timely financial reporting while supporting strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing cycles.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations and elimination entries.
• Supervise the preparation of statutory financial statements for multiple entities.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure smooth audit completion.
• Monitor and improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
• Provide accurate financial reporting and analysis to senior management.
• Lead and develop the accounting team in daily operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in consolidation and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or local accounting standards.
• Experience in a multinational or group structure is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus.
