Growth Marketer – Real Estate Digital Expansion

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven Growth Marketer to own the end‑to‑end digital marketing ecosystem for a leading Manchester‑based property management and estate agency. You will combine creative content with technical operations to expand the brand’s online presence, generate high‑quality leads and nurture them through sophisticated funnels and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule engaging content on Facebook and Instagram to build brand authority and local audience engagement.
• Design, launch and optimise landing pages, lead capture forms and qualification workflows, using A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
• Manage CRM lead routing, attribution and performance tracking across all campaigns.
• Develop and maintain automated email, SMS and missed‑call sequences to ensure rapid follow‑up of inbound enquiries.
• Execute targeted email newsletters, database re‑activation campaigns and other database marketing activities for landlords, investors and tenants.
• Implement and support AI‑powered response systems to enhance lead handling efficiency.

Required profile

• Proactive marketer with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for measurable growth.
• Experience in managing social media channels, especially Facebook and Instagram.
• Hands‑on knowledge of funnel creation, landing‑page optimisation and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation workflows.
• Ability to work independently as an independent contractor while collaborating with an in‑house team.
