GTM Program Manager (6‑Month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

The client seeks a hands‑on GTM Program Manager on a six‑month fixed‑term contract to design, build, and operationalise a Jira‑based project management system and Atlassian reporting dashboards that provide full transparency into product go‑to‑market plans and launch status.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and configure the Jira project environment for GTM and product launches, including issue types, workflows, automation, and cross‑project dependencies.
• Develop executive‑level and team‑level Atlassian dashboards, JQL filters, and Confluence documentation that surface milestones, risks, and overall project health.
• Write a comprehensive SOP and project‑management guide, then train the GTM team through live sessions and supporting materials.
• Migrate existing in‑flight launch projects into the new system and ensure accurate documentation of plans, owners, and status.
• Manage day‑to‑day project activities for selected initiatives, flag risks, schedule meetings, and communicate with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience building or re‑architecting Jira environments, preferably for GTM, marketing, or product launch workflows.
• Strong program or project‑management background with a track record of delivering on fixed timelines.
• Self‑directed contractor mindset, able to ramp quickly and leave the team self‑sufficient.

Required skills

• Jira configuration (projects, workflows, custom fields, JQL, automation).
• Atlassian administration (Confluence, Atlassian Analytics, Jira Product Discovery, Jira Align).
• Dashboard and reporting development within Atlassian tools.
• Documentation and SOP creation, plus training delivery.
