About the role
The Guest Experience Expert at Le Méridien in Marrakech delivers memorable, personalized service throughout a guest’s stay. You will move around the property, handling operational tasks, guest requests, and local area recommendations to ensure every interaction feels part of the overall experience.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs and complete required reports.
- Address guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Provide highlights and recommendations of the local area.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, and protect company assets.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting and moving objects up to 10 lb.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform light manual handling.
- Commitment to confidentiality, uniform standards, and professional communication.
