Head Hostess – Guest Services

About the role

The Head Hostess leads the front‑of‑house team at Conrad Rabat Arzana, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, comfortable, and valued from arrival to departure. You will combine excellent service delivery with thorough knowledge of the restaurant’s menu and seating arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, manage seating, and coordinate smooth flow of the dining area.
• Handle guest inquiries and issues promptly, following proper reporting procedures.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverage offerings.
• Answer telephone calls courteously, take accurate messages, and relay them to the appropriate team members.
• Ensure compliance with Hilton grooming standards, uniform dress code, and personal hygiene.
• Adhere to hotel security, fire safety, and health‑and‑safety regulations.
• Assist with cash handling and transaction accuracy when required.
