Head of Growth – AI Industrial Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Head of Growth to accelerate the adoption of our AI industrial solutions across Moroccan industrial groups. The role will drive the full sales cycle, from generating qualified opportunities to closing long‑term contracts and scaling pilot projects.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the growth and go‑to‑market strategy for AI solutions targeting sectors such as mining, chemicals, energy and water.
• Leverage and expand a network of industrial decision‑makers to open executive‑level doors and represent the company at industry events.
• Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles, including discovery, use‑case framing, proposal, tendering, negotiation and contract signing.
• Convert pilots into large‑scale deployments and grow existing accounts with additional solutions and services.
• Build partnerships with consulting firms, drive thought leadership, and set up CRM, forecasting and a growth team.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

Required profile

• State Engineer, Master’s degree (Bac + 5) or equivalent; MBA is a plus.
• 5‑10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in B2B business development, sales or consulting for the industrial sector.
• Strong, active network among Moroccan industrialists and decision‑makers, as well as with CGEM, sector federations and public institutions.
• Solid understanding of industrial operations (maintenance, quality, energy, production KPIs) and good literacy in AI and data.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills, able to lead C‑level discussions.
• Fluent in French and Arabic, professional English.
