Hotel/Resort Manager

About the role

Four Seasons Resort Marrakech is seeking an experienced Hotel/Resort Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations of this luxury property. The role combines hands‑on leadership with strategic oversight, ensuring the resort delivers world‑class guest experiences while managing ongoing renovation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all operational areas of the resort, maintaining Four Seasons standards and brand integrity.
• Act as the primary point of contact for owners, participating in owners’ meetings and fostering strong relationships.
• Engage directly with guests, address feedback, and resolve service issues promptly.
• Lead the team during the absence of the Regional Vice President/General Manager, including crisis and emergency situations.
• Coordinate and monitor active renovation and capital projects, ensuring minimal disruption to guests.
• Collaborate with the Four Seasons Corporate Office on special initiatives and projects.

Required profile

• Current Hotel Manager or equivalent senior hospitality leadership role.
• 5‑10 years of experience in hotel or resort operations, preferably within luxury brands.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale renovations and capital projects.
• Fluent in French; strong English communication skills.
• Hands‑on, floor‑level leadership style with a focus on service execution.
