Housekeeping Attendant (Femme de Chambre)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Housekeeping Attendants (also known as Femmes de Chambre) to join our luxury hotel team. You will ensure guest rooms and villas are impeccably clean, comfortable, and ready for arrival, contributing directly to an outstanding guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, villas, corridors, and assigned areas to luxury standards.
• Prepare rooms and conduct inspections before guest arrival.
• Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies as needed.
• Report maintenance issues and manage lost‑and‑found items promptly.
• Respect guest privacy and follow security procedures at all times.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Support teammates and foster a positive work environment.

Required profile

• Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Good organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and ability to work in a fast‑paced setting.
• Basic knowledge of French; additional languages are a plus.
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Required skills

• Basic French language proficiency.
