HR Business Partner – Customer Service (EMEA)

About the role

Amazon is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic, hands‑on HR support to internal customer groups in Rabat. The role focuses on aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, driving talent management, and ensuring compliance with Moroccan labor law.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver best‑in‑class HR support to internal customers, ensuring a strong employee experience.
• Align HR programs, processes and projects with strategic business goals to drive productivity and bottom‑line results.
• Partner with the management team on talent management, organizational design, leadership effectiveness and change management.
• Provide guidance on Moroccan labor law and ensure compliance with legal and reporting requirements.
• Promote a culture of excellent employee relations, communications and continuous improvement.
• Implement training, development and succession planning for all organizational levels.
• Share best practices across the EMEA region and coach senior leaders.
• Maintain 100 % data accuracy, track HR metrics and analyze effectiveness of initiatives.
• Lead HR‑related projects for Morocco and the broader EMEA region.

Required profile

• 5+ years of HR experience in an international, fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
• Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor law.
• Experience supporting hourly employee groups, such as call‑center or distribution‑center staff.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Master’s degree preferred).
