About the role
Support leaders in designing the employee strategy for their respective area of responsibility. Act as HR Business Partner to the assigned area, coordinating HR topics and serving as an interface during escalations.
Key responsibilities
- Support leaders in designing employee strategy for their area.
- Coordinate HR‑related topics, including crisis situations, upon request of leaders.
- Act as interface during escalations and organize information for ASI, personnel planning (FTE, personnel costs) and KPIs.
Required profile
- Master degree in Human Resources.
- Knowledge of HR industry, talent management, learning & development, organizational change and culture management.
