About the role
The HR Generalist will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee termination, payroll, benefits, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment efforts
- Develop and manage new hire orientation, onboarding, and employee termination processes
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal responsibilities
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- 3+ years of experience working in Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
