Human Resources Analyst II

About the role

The Human Resources Analyst II provides essential administrative and operational support to the HR department. This role ensures accurate employee records, smooth onboarding/offboarding processes, and consistent employee assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date employee records in HR systems, files, and trackers.
• Process employee data changes, status updates, and internal movements.
• Prepare and issue routine HR documents such as employment certificates and service records.
• Support onboarding and offboarding administration, including document preparation and checklist management.
• Coordinate HR‑related requests with internal stakeholders and track completion of action items.
• Assist with compliance, policy alignment, and internal audits by preparing required documentation.
• Respond to employee inquiries about HR processes, documentation, and records, logging requests in the ticketing system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in HR administration or HR operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
• Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
