About the role

EBH Technologies is seeking a Human Resources Intern to support recruitment and people operations in a fast‑growing tech company. This remote internship offers hands‑on experience in the full HR cycle while working closely with the Operations team.

Key responsibilities

Source candidates, screen CVs and maintain candidate follow‑up.
Coordinate interview schedules and support interview logistics.
Assist with onboarding and team integration activities.
Contribute to HR organization, process documentation and employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

Curious, eager to learn and proactive.
Organized, reliable and comfortable communicating remotely.
Interest in human resources and recruitment.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
