Humanities Teacher – Social Studies

About the role

Inspired Education seeks a dedicated Humanities Teacher to deliver Social Studies (Ijtima3iate) to students following the Moroccan curriculum. You will guide learners through history, geography, and civic education, fostering critical thinking and responsible citizenship.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Social Studies lessons aligned with the Moroccan curriculum.
• Design and administer assessments, track progress, and prepare students for national and regional exams.
• Maintain a structured, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages discussion and inquiry.
• Promote understanding of Moroccan identity while developing global awareness.
• Keep accurate attendance and academic records and participate in school activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in History, Geography, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Teaching qualification such as CRMEF certification in Morocco.
• Proficiency in Arabic; knowledge of French is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of the Moroccan Social Studies curriculum and exam system.
• Previous teaching experience is an asset.
