ICT Solution Consultant – Morocco

About the role

The ICT Solution Consultant will deliver end‑to‑end support for all ICT services, both remotely and onsite, ensuring projects align with business goals and customer SLAs. You will work closely with sales, pre‑sales, and internal functions to design, implement, and maintain ICT solutions across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support for ICT service delivery, covering remote and onsite activities.
• Develop and execute full project management plans, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, supplier relations, communication, and risk.
• Assist sales and pre‑sales teams with solution design, commercial proposals, and RFP responses.
• Manage and nurture relationships with ICT suppliers, evaluating new partners as needed.
• Coordinate with support, product, legal, finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of customer requirements.
• Offer troubleshooting assistance and manage the service lifecycle for customers.
• Ensure compliance with customer SLAs and contract terms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in ICT presales, solutioning, and project management.
• Hands‑on experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting equipment from OEMs such as Huawei, Cisco, ZTE, HP, Dell, Fortinet.
• Strong understanding of ICT infrastructure components for small and large projects (network, servers, security, collaboration, AV, Wi‑Fi, cabling).
• Excellent supplier management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good command of written and spoken English; Mandarin/Chinese is a plus.
