Industrialization Leader – Embedded Electronics

About the role

The Industrialization Leader ensures the operational implementation and continuous improvement of industrial processes for embedded electronic components in the automotive sector. You will act as the bridge between validation requirements and production constraints, supporting vehicle modernization projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and structure project inputs, diagnostic data, and technical information.
• Deploy and monitor software configurations and updates through SPARTE.
• Troubleshoot test equipment and validation means.
• Reproduce, analyze, and document technical issues and defects.
• Support issue resolution activities in coordination with engineering teams.
• Identify electrical non‑conformities and ensure vehicle operability after updates.
• Report activity status and maintain project traceability.
• Participate in project meetings and proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automotive, Mechatronics or a related field.
• Experience in automotive validation, embedded systems, software integration or vehicle modernization.
• Knowledge of powertrain systems (combustion, hybrid, electric) and ADAS architectures.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
