Influencer Marketing Manager – Free Fire MENA

About the role

You will own the influencer relationships and drive marketing campaigns for Free Fire across the MENA region. The role involves building strategy, managing creators, and turning performance data into better campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end influencer marketing strategy for always‑on programs and key game moments.
• Manage and grow a roster of macro, mid‑tier, micro and emerging influencers across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and live‑streaming platforms.
• Act as the day‑to‑day contact for influencers, briefing, aligning deliverables and maintaining strong relationships.
• Track and analyse performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI) and produce actionable campaign reports.
• Plan and manage influencer budget, allocate spend and monitor cost efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience in influencer/KOL marketing, from planning to execution and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, comfortable with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in Arabic, French and English.

• Experience managing influencer campaigns across multiple social platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate across teams.
