Influencer Marketing Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to design and execute influencer campaigns for a fast‑growing US startup. The role is fully remote and offers the chance to work directly with founders and senior marketing leaders while building a global portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Source, vet, and onboard influencers on Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms.
• Conduct high‑volume outreach, aligning creators with campaign goals and brand tone.
• Develop briefs, scripts and video assets to ensure on‑brand, timely delivery.
• Track engagement metrics, analyse performance data and continuously optimise campaigns.
• Maintain strong influencer relationships through regular communication.
• Update talent databases and produce clear, actionable campaign reports.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
• Strong outreach skills with a high‑volume sourcing mindset.
• Detail‑oriented, data‑driven and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
