Information Technology Specialist

About the role

English Daily is seeking an Information Technology Specialist to maintain and support the technology infrastructure that powers its online English‑learning platform. This full‑time, on‑site position in Casablanca will ensure reliable connectivity, secure systems, and smooth operation of all devices and applications used for content creation and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor local networks, internet access, and system performance.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Provide technical assistance to content creators and administrative staff.
• Coordinate with external service providers when necessary.
• Implement basic cybersecurity measures and perform regular data backups.
• Document IT procedures and maintain up‑to‑date records.

Required profile

• Strong background in information technology and general troubleshooting.
• Experience in network administration and network security.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Casablanca and manage multiple tasks in a small, creative team.
• Relevant technical diploma or degree (e.g., Computer Science, IT) or equivalent practical experience.
