Infrastructure Security Project Manager

About the role

The Infrastructure Security Project Manager will lead major transformation and evolution initiatives across the unit, coordinating with multiple technical and business teams. The role focuses on delivering secure, reliable infrastructure solutions while continuously improving processes and mitigating risks.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute infrastructure projects (security, cloud, DevOps, systems, networks, middleware, databases).
• Manage operational risk, prioritize actions, and ensure timely reporting.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Drive agile practices where applicable and oversee project documentation.
• Lead teams of experts and architects (average size 10 FTE) for projects lasting 3‑12 months.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent in computer science.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing infrastructure projects (staffing or fixed‑price).
• Extensive experience with Infrastructure Maintenance Services and ITIL practices, preferably in an international context.
• Proven leadership, technical, functional, and managerial skills.
• Fluent English; French optional.

Required skills

• PMP certification.
• CISSP or CCSP (mandatory).
• Hands‑on expertise in at least one domain: security, cloud, DevOps, systems, networks, middleware, or databases.
• Agile project management experience.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and client‑interaction abilities.
