Ingénieur Test et Validation

About the role

ALTEN Delivery Center Morocco is looking for a Test and Validation Engineer to join its automotive and embedded systems projects. You will work closely with customers to ensure that requirements are testable, complete, and of high quality, and you will contribute to the delivery of robust test plans.

Key responsibilities

• Review customer requirements for testability, completeness and quality.
• Create and continuously update test cases and scenarios that fully cover the specifications.
• Improve and correct the test plan to meet project standards.
• Present the updated test plan to the customer during quarterly technical review meetings.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) in engineering, preferably with a focus on embedded systems.
• Proven experience in test automation and validation for software or systems.
• Strong knowledge of automotive functionalities and standards.
• Analytical mindset with methodical thinking.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French (C1 level).

Required skills

• Test automation and validation techniques.
• Knowledge of AUTOSAR (Automotive Open System Architecture).
• Familiarity with ISO 26262 safety standard.
• Agile methodology (SCRUM).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
