Inside Sales Associate – Benelux Market

About the role

We are looking for an Inside Sales Associate to support our Benelux market from our Casablanca office. You will act as a bridge between product managers, customers and internal teams, ensuring offers and orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and enter detailed price offers into the system, guaranteeing accuracy and completeness.
• Verify and correct orders to maintain streamlined processes and efficient operations.
• Communicate effectively with product managers and customers, providing prompt assistance.
• Participate in IT training programs to continuously develop professional knowledge.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French (B2/C1 level) for effective communication with international clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented mindset to ensure meticulous handling of offers and orders.
• Proactive, enthusiastic learner eager to acquire new skills and adapt to industry trends.
