Inside Sales Associate – English & French Speaker

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is seeking a bilingual Inside Sales Associate to join its Casablanca team. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, providing product information, assessing needs, and proposing tailored IT solutions in both English and French.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate sales records and keep the CRM system up‑to‑date.
• Generate regular sales reports to support management decisions.
• Present product and service offerings to customers via Microsoft Teams or phone calls.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Handle objections, answer queries, and ensure a smooth sales process.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1) and good English (B2) communication skills.
• Strong written and oral communication abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and sales aptitude.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams for virtual meetings.
