Inside Sales Associate – English Speaker

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Associate who is fluent in English to join its growing team in Casablanca. You will support the sales process by maintaining records, updating the CRM, and providing customers with clear information about our technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate sales records and keep the CRM up‑to‑date.
• Generate regular sales reports to monitor progress and support management decisions.
• Become knowledgeable about Arrow’s product and service portfolio.
• Provide customers with detailed information on products and services.
• Assess client needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Conduct virtual meetings via Microsoft Teams or phone to demonstrate offerings, answer questions, and handle objections.

Required profile

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Open to fresh graduates.

Required skills

• CRM proficiency.
