Inside Sales Representative – Cloud & SaaS (English speaker)

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) is seeking an English‑speaking Inside Sales Representative to generate new business pipeline for its cloud and SaaS portfolio. This is a proactive, outbound‑focused position that works closely with partners and end‑customers to create qualified opportunities for the field sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Generate demand through targeted outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, calls).
• Engage both partners and end‑customers in consultative discovery conversations.
• Create and qualify opportunities for the field sales team.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders across target accounts.
• Execute account‑based prospecting strategies and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound sales, SDR or inside sales within SaaS, cloud, or IT environments.
• Strong prospecting capability, including cold outreach and LinkedIn engagement.
• Commercial mindset focused on pipeline generation and outcomes.
• Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
