Inside Sales Representative – Italian Speaker

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Representative who speaks Italian to join its Casablanca office. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, understand their needs and propose tailored IT solutions across Arrow's portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM data regularly.
• Generate sales reports to monitor progress and provide insights for management.
• Become knowledgeable about Arrow’s products and services.
• Present product information, assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Conduct Teams or phone meetings to demonstrate offerings, answer questions and handle objections.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Required profile

• Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Teams for virtual meetings.
