Inside Sales Representative - Property Maintenance

About the role

Simpled Services is a UK property maintenance company offering mould removal, repairs, refurbishments and end-of-tenancy services, with a back office in Tangier. You will work from the Tangier office selling its property maintenance service and its mould service to letting agents, property managers, block managers and landlords in the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Call, email and WhatsApp UK letting agents, property managers and landlords every day and book work in for the team.
• Sell property maintenance (repairs, plumbing, decorating, end of tenancy, refurbishments) and mould removal, backed by a 12-month written warranty.
• Follow up until you get a yes or a clear no.
• Turn one job into an account: an agent who books one job has a whole portfolio behind it.
• Log every lead, call and quote in the company's platform.

Required profile

• Has sold before by phone, in English; call centre, B2B, energy, insurance, telecoms or property experience counts.
• Fluent, confident spoken and written English (C1 or above).
• French and Arabic are a plus.
• Full-time, on-site in the Tangier office during UK office hours.

What we offer

• Pay of 5,000 MAD per month plus commission of 5,000 MAD per client brought in, with no cap.
• 7 days of accommodation in a private room in a company-owned flat near the office for people living far away.
