Inside Sales Representative (Remote, Freelance)

About the role

We are expanding our Inside Sales team and are looking for recent graduates in Morocco to join us on a freelance/contract basis. This remote position offers daily interaction with international sales executives and decision‑makers across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, providing a solid foundation for a career in global B2B sales.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails and LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales executives.
• Engage inbound inquiries and nurture early‑stage opportunities.
• Research target accounts, industries and key decision‑makers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity logs.
• Support outreach and marketing campaigns.
• Articulate the company’s value proposition to potential clients.
• Meet weekly outreach, qualification and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with the global sales team on strategy and messaging.

Required profile

• Recent or upcoming graduate with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent in French, Arabic and English.
• Highly motivated, coachable and ambitious.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Remote‑ready with a laptop and stable internet connection.
• No prior sales experience required – training will be provided.
