Inside Sales Representative – Spanish Speaker

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative who is fluent in Spanish to manage renewal opportunities across its portfolio of IT and cloud solutions. You will act as the primary point of contact for end‑users and partners, ensuring smooth renewal cycles and identifying growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of renewal opportunities following a 120‑day renewal cadence.
• Engage end‑users and partners to secure renewals, discuss pricing, and uncover upsell or expansion possibilities.
• Collaborate closely with partners to maintain visibility on renewal timelines and requirements.
• Identify churn risks early, escalate issues, and execute win‑back or retention campaigns.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and daily updates in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and vendors to resolve pricing, product, SLA, or billing issues.
• Provide feedback to improve sales playbooks, messaging, and campaign performance.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish (C1) and proficient in English (B2).
• Proven experience managing a customer portfolio in a phone‑based or inside‑sales environment.
• Background in Inside Sales, Customer Success, or Customer Support within tech, SaaS, or IT.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value to end‑users and partners.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to handle a high‑volume renewal pipeline.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce or equivalent.
