International Growth & Strategy Analyst (Remote)

About the role

Holafly is looking for an International Growth & Strategy Analyst to drive its global market expansion across more than 200 countries. You will shape the go‑to‑market strategy, build analytical models, and work closely with product and marketing teams to ensure seamless entry into new regions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own the global GTM strategy and market prioritisation framework from scratch.
• Build analytical models for market sizing, resource allocation and competitive intelligence.
• Define entry strategies covering positioning, pricing and channel mix for new regions.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to drive localisation and brand consistency.
• Lead strategic reviews with local teams to remove growth blockers and realign execution priorities.
• Present high‑impact recommendations directly to senior leadership to guide global investment decisions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in international expansion, GTM strategy or top‑tier strategy consulting.
• Proven track record launching and scaling digital consumer products across multiple geographies.
• Advanced analytical skills with experience building bottom‑up market sizing and prioritisation models.
• Strong cross‑functional leadership ability to influence product, marketing and local teams without direct authority.
• Full professional fluency in English.
