International Private Sector Partnerships Consultant (Remote, Morocco)

About the role

UNICEF is seeking an experienced consultant to lead the development of private‑sector partnerships in Morocco. The position is home‑based and open to international candidates who hold a valid work permit for Morocco. The consultant will support UNICEF’s strategy to diversify funding sources and strengthen collaborations with multinational and national companies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and negotiate partnership opportunities with private‑sector entities.
• Design and implement partnership models that combine financial support, innovation, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
• Coordinate with UNICEF country and regional teams to align partnership activities with child‑rights objectives.
• Prepare proposals, reports, and communication materials for donors and stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of partnerships on UNICEF programmes.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in partnership development, business development, or corporate relations, preferably in an international or development context.
• Strong understanding of private‑sector dynamics and CSR practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
