International Recruitment Manager

About the role

MSM Unify is seeking an International Recruitment Manager to lead student acquisition across multiple African markets. You will build and nurture relationships with education agents, develop region‑specific recruitment strategies, and help expand the company’s global footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and manage partnerships with education agents and overseas recruitment partners.
• Drive international student recruitment and meet regional enrollment targets.
• Organise and deliver presentations, seminars, and recruitment events.
• Design and implement market‑specific recruitment plans.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic collaborations.
• Train, mentor, and support recruitment partners while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in international student recruitment, higher education, EdTech, or study‑abroad consulting.
• Proven business development and relationship‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
