Issue Manager

About the role

The Issue Manager will lead and coordinate issue management activities for automotive electrical and electronic systems. Based in Rabat, the role focuses on analysing vehicle‑level problems, defining corrective actions and ensuring timely resolution while supporting project convergence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate and monitor issue management and problem‑solving activities across projects.
• Analyse incoming issues, collect background information and perform first‑level root cause analysis.
• Generate reports, dashboards and status updates for identified issues.
• Partner with stakeholders to define and implement corrective actions and monitor their effectiveness.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and promote best practices to prevent issue recurrence.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Embedded Systems or related field.
• 5‑10 years of experience in automotive E/E architecture, vehicle development processes and issue management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to assess risks and impacts.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
