IT Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Administrator to ensure the smooth operation of our hardware, software and network infrastructure. The role involves providing technical support, maintaining system security and collaborating with various departments to meet IT needs.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot installed hardware, peripherals and software across the organization.
• Perform regular maintenance of computer applications, printers and other devices.
• Guarantee data and hardware security on the local network and workstations.
• Provide first‑line support to users via a ticketing/help‑desk system and resolve incidents efficiently.
• Install and manage wiring, LAN/WAN networks and ensure reliable connectivity.
• Administer equipment such as laptops, displays, smartphones and peripheral devices.
• Escalate complex issues to specialized IT teams and document incidents, solutions and known errors.
• Implement and follow global IT policies, procedures and standards, including TISAX compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) or higher in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Experience with ticketing systems and client management tools (Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory).
• Strong knowledge of network and system administration (Windows/Linux servers, LAN/WAN).
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team‑oriented mindset with willingness to collaborate across departments.
