IT & Automation Intern – AI Services & Workflow Automation

About the role

We are looking for a motivated IT & Automation Intern to join our Casablanca team. You will work on AI‑driven services, build workflow automations with n8n and Zapier, and develop vector‑database pipelines for retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) applications. The internship is part‑time, unpaid, and offers a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain AI agents that execute task‑oriented workflows.
• Create and optimise n8n/Zapier automations, handling webhooks, retries and error monitoring.
• Build vector‑database pipelines (ingestion, embeddings, indexing, retrieval) using tools such as pgvector, Chroma, Pinecone or Weaviate.
• Contribute to AI calling agents, including call‑flow design, speech‑to‑text/text‑to‑speech integration and CRM updates.
• Develop Python utilities for orchestration, testing and integration.
• Collaborate via GitHub, participate in code reviews, write documentation and small test cases.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in Computer Science or a related degree program.
• Basic experience with Python and/or automation platforms (n8n, Zapier) and APIs.
• Strong interest in large language models, AI agents and prompt engineering.
• Fundamental understanding of HTTP/REST, Git and JSON.
• Fluent English; French or Arabic (Darija) is a plus.
