About the role

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking an IT Operations & Service Coordinator to support a leading international airline. The role blends service request handling, supplier liaison, and small‑scale project coordination within a fast‑moving IT environment.

Key responsibilities

Receive, assess, and coordinate non‑standard IT service requests.
Engage with suppliers to obtain quotations, manage approvals, and process procurement orders.
Track requests through to completion, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
Coordinate small infrastructure and workplace technology projects, including office moves, network connectivity, equipment deployment, and workspace setup.
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and ensure successful closure of initiatives.
Maintain activity dashboards, operational reports, and contribute to continuous‑improvement efforts.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree (field not specified).
