IT Program Delivery Support

About the role

This position supports the successful delivery of IT programs and digital initiatives across Morocco and Tunisia. You will provide project coordination, technical assistance, reporting, and stakeholder management while ensuring effective communication, governance, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and deploy IT programs and projects across the business.
• Assist in designing and developing applications that meet business requirements.
• Integrate client systems with the DHL ecosystem using APIs and digital solutions.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Monitor KPIs, risks, dependencies, and action plans to ensure successful delivery.
• Prepare materials, reports, and presentations for steering committees and governance meetings.
• Act as liaison between IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
• Update and manage project tools such as Jira, MS Project, and Planner.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, governance requirements, and IT processes.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Enterprise IT, including at least 1 year in a Digital Factory or similar environment.
• Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Planner.
