About the role

SMART is looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team. You will be responsible for finding and attracting qualified candidates for the company’s Information Technology positions, helping to build a strong technical workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates for IT roles using various channels.
• Create and publish job advertisements.
• Screen and analyze resumes to shortlist suitable profiles.
• Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates.

Required profile

• Completed bachelor’s degree.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management abilities.
• Motivation and enjoyment in working toward recruitment goals.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in French and Arabic (written and spoken).
