IT Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide on‑site and remote technical assistance for our logistics operations and office users in Morocco. The role ensures the smooth operation of IT equipment, network infrastructure, and endpoint security across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site and remote IT support to office and operational users.
• Support logistics park areas and operational sites as needed.
• Install, configure, and maintain handheld terminals, barcode printers, standard printers, PCs and other IT devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end‑users.
• Maintain local network infrastructure, including switches, cabling and connectivity.
• Assist with endpoint security tasks such as antivirus and EDR deployment and monitoring.
• Follow ITSM and Helpdesk processes, ensuring tickets meet SLA requirements.
• Coordinate with central IT teams and external vendors.
• Keep accurate IT documentation and inventory records.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in IT Support, Helpdesk or IT Infrastructure.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals and operating systems.
• Experience with basic network support and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ITSM and Helpdesk ticketing systems.
• Experience with antivirus, EDR and endpoint security solutions.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to travel to operational sites.
• Daily working proficiency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree or technical education in IT, Computer Science or related field (preferred).
